Our bodies want homeostasis. This means for all the wear and tear we put them through, our bodies need self care and compassion so they can function at their best.

I came to massage after many years in the corporate world.  So joyful that my life took this turn.   I began my career in massage in 2015 when I graduated from Lancaster School of Massage. From the very beginning I fell in love with every aspect of massage and how amazing our bodies are.  Massage can impact everything from your range of motion to the length and tension in your muscles. It can increase blood and lymphatic movement, decrease pain and so much more.

Best of all, massage can help you connect mind and spirit with your body in a way that allows you to disconnect from the daily  life, heal from within, and face the world – rejuvenated and back in touch with yourself.

I would love to hear how I can assist you. After all, if you don’t take care of yourself first, how can you truly take care of anyone else?

Whether you have chronic pain, an injury or want some mental maintenance I would feel honored to participate in your good health.

I love the holistic approach to Karen's therapy… from wanting to see how I am walking to see where I am holding tension, to her ability to work out all of the knots (that hurt so good); to the amazing hand and foot massages that release a crazy amount of tension. If it’s a late, de-stress appointment, I can count on being ready for sleep. If it’s an early appointment, it jump-starts my day!
